Running Trails Development
In 2022, the club has been able to apply for grants and donations from foundations that only support 501c3 organizations. RRC received grants from the Town of Malta/Global Foundries, USATF, Stewarts Shops, and Gilbane Building Company. This money has enabled the club to create, maintain, and upgrade running trails and purchase running club jerseys. One of the largest RRC events is the Malta 5k & 10k, a race to raise proceeds for veterans' organizations and first responders.
