Shoreline Plaza was formed for the purpose of owning and operating an 80-unit low-income housing complex to promote and advance low-rent housing for senior citizens and other lower income persons in the City of Boise, Idaho, as part of a program of the Housing Authority of the City of Boise, Idaho by, among other things rendering financial assistance to the Housing Authority: by financing and constructing in or near the City of Boise, Idaho, one or more buildings usable for public housing purposes of the City or other purposes not inconsistent therewith.
