To provide advocacy and other independent living services and to promote individual empowerment by increasing or maintaining the independence of all people with disabilities in the northern Idaho and Eastern Washington area. Currently, the Organization is managing four offices in Moscow, Idaho (headquarters); Lewiston, Idaho; Post Falls, Idaho; & Spokane, Washington.
