    Friends of Via is organized to (a)empower citizens and nonprofit organizations, promoting philanthropy, community activism and respect for the environment through support and proliferation of successful models, in order to cultivate a civil society in the Czech Republic and (b)serve the philanthropic needs of U S corporate and individual donors and serve as an intermediary organization between U S donors and the Czech Republic (c) provide awareness and support for the preservation of Czech cultural heritage in the United States.
