Program 1 [2018]
All expenses in 2018 were allocated to our primary mission of developing curriculum and providing STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) instruction to youth. We continued in 2018 teaching youth and in 2018 we taught in the cities of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach California. In 2018 we taught 73 students in our classes, labs and summer camps. Our curriculum for grades 5-8 is nearing completion and work began in 2018 to develop curriculum for grades 1 through 4. In late 2018 LabRats San Diego partnered with another Charity Boys and Girls Club of San Dieguito on a 15 hour weekly after school program teaching STEM that is set to launch the program pilot in the spring semester of 2019 with the complete year round rollout set for school year 2019-2020.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2018 – Dec 31, 2018Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$1.9KSTEM at Home Program
2022 was again challenged by the Covid Pandemic. Late in the year Covid seemed to retreat from previous levels. We continued to make investments in our television virtual live streaming studio to expand our labs being produced in our "STEM at Home" program. The Mobile Lab division demand exploded in 2022 with great gains made in expanding our offerings around the county of San Diego.Continued expansion of STEM at Home digital education offerings as well as expanded locations for the movile STEM lab will occur in 2023.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2022 – Dec 31, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$194.7K
