The organization is for charitable and educational purposes of the citizens, students, corporations and industries of Cameron Parish and the State of Louisiana. The organization's purpose is to operate, maintain, conduct and equip fairs, festivals, exhibits and other items incidental thereto for the purpose of showing, displaying and exhibiting the fishing industry of the State of Louisiana and those industries unique and vital to the Parish of Cameron with proceeds benefitting charitable and educational activities of the non profit corporation.
