Program activities in 2024: 1. Collaborated with scientists at the Phuket Marine Biological Center in Thailand to conduct satellite tracking of captive-reared, one-year-old leatherback sea turtles. This project achieved the first-ever satellite tagging of juvenile turtles from the endangered Thailand nesting subpopulation, and documented the world's only available movement data on one-year-old leatherbacks.
