Program 1 [2020]
15 ministries operate under the Wildfire legal umbrella to serve the local community. They raised a total of $135,932.19 in 2020 and spent $109,821.68 throughout the year. Some of the ministry programs that are part of the network include Angel Helpers, CREATED, THUGGIN FOR CHRIST, and ONESOURCE. Angel Helpers provides toys for kids at holidays, back to school supplies, and food assistance year-round. Created helps train people to lead art ministry sessions in their local community. THUGGIN for Christ helps meet the needs of people who are experiencing homelessness. Wildfire provided Network Services to support 15 various ministries. This is our term for the amalgamation of central leadership services: including but not limited to - strategy consulting, life coaching, pastoral counseling, spiritual leadership and development, financial management, et. al.. At the end of 2019, Wildfire served 16 ministries. Throughout 2020, some missions stopped and were paused, and several other launched and/or joined the network - ending the year with 15 missions total. We provided these ministries with free access to financial administrative, coaching, training, and media services worth a real-world value of around $80,000. Team Growth: We were able to hire, and fundraise for, a full-time coaching director to serve the needs of the growing network. As a graduate of Baylor University, with significant ministry leadership and business marketing and consulting experience, our newest staff addition has been working behind the scenes to develop training materials, strategic consulting resources, and general movement. Financial Services: Wildfire Financial services consists of bookkeeping, donor processing, documentation keeping, and financial coaching. Of the networks 15 ministries that it helps support, 8 of them utilized this service in 2020. Media: Over the course of 2020, Wildfire developed a budgeting video class. Our media platform provides assistance with graphic arts, web design and management, and social media consultation. On behalf of the missions we serve, 3 websites were designed, developed, and launched within 2020. Wildfire Network rents a facility to be used for office space, event space, storage, and - podcast recording studio space (development of the studio began in 2020 for a 2021 launch). The largest expense of this program is the monthly rent and utilities which were $11,032.45 annually. Some other direct expenses include maintenance, and equipment/furniture for the facility.
