  • Rosh Hodesh Circles

    Each month, when the moon becomes almost invisible in the sky, Jews celebrate new beginnings. Beyond singing Hallel and other special prayers, Rosh Chodesh, lit. “the head of the month,” embodies a core Jewish spiritual value associated with the feminine: hitchadshut, renewal. To welcome the new month, Or HaLev invites self-identifying women from all over the world to gather for a Rosh Chodesh spiritual circle. Through chanting, meditating, reflecting and sharing, participants will be invited to connect with themselves, their femininity and each other, and to welcome each month with joy, awareness and intention.
