    Conflict Transformation: CMDC offers mediation services at no cost to everyone in DC. In 2020, we served 161 individuals through intake conversations and 88 of these individuals used mediation services. Additionally, we provided conflict management workshops and one-on-one conflict coaching for 116 individuals. We did this work in collaboration with more than 40 volunteers.

Additionally, we provided conflict management workshops and mediation trainings to more than 132 individuals. We did this work in collaboration with more than 20 volunteers.
