We provided professional & instructional support through the Liberating Learners School Partnerships with schools to foster relationship-centered cultures through restorative practices & implement instructional models that promote student independence.The Youth Leadership Development Program, an intergenerational initiative operating year-round, served over 250 students across 15 school sites in Metropolitan Detroit. The BMEA Summer Program served 150 Black males in grades 2 to 11 that fosters mentorship & leadership by connecting young students with high school mentors under Black male educators guidance.The Educators Fellowship provides: (1) Principal Wellness & Policy Professional Learning Community. (2) Teacher Wellness Professional Learning Community. The Policy & Advocacy Work provide education policy reform.
