Inpatient Malnutrition Care for Children
Our inpatient malnutrition program exists to provide temporary yet emergent medical care for children who are affected by severe acute malnutrition Children who meet the standards of severe acute malnutrition are treated by qualified medical staff following the Plumpy Nut treatment plan They are also treated for general health concerns that are prevalent in children with malnutrition Children are treated on an inpatient basis often with continuing care through outpatient services 101 children were treated during 2024.
