  • Launchpad for Adulthood Program

    We continued to strengthen and expand our Launchpad for Adulthood program with our three charitable partner organizations in India. We are pleased to report that as of end of 2022 we have had 806 participants in the program including 298 youth enrolled in 2022. To date, 267 youth have secured employment in steady jobs after successfully completing their programs and we have had less than 5% dropouts. We have also continued our conversational English learning program for the youth with over 300 participants.

  • FreeFlight Parent-Teen Program

    We continued the FreeFlight program started in Fall 2021, a unique parent-teen membership club in the US, to help middle-school and high-school age teens navigate different pathways to adulthood. We continued with the enrolled teens and their parents from 2021 and conducted monthly sessions to help build practical life skills not taught in schools.
