    Leadership Club is a high-impact leadership development program designed for middle and high school students to build confidence character and real-world leadership skills. Through engaging hands-on activities students strengthen their social-emotional development learn practical leadership principles and develop healthy peer relationships. The program includes structured leadership lessons with interactive note-taking collaborative discussions and fun experiential learning that meets students where they are. A signature component of Leadership Club is T3 Teens Teaching Teens where students step into leadership roles by presenting teaching and sharing in front of their peers. We find that this significantly improves public speaking skills self-confidence and personal accountability. Leadership Club equips students not only to succeed academically and socially but to become positive influencers on their campus and in their community. Leadership Club is creating measurable lasting impact for schools families and communities.
