    GPRMC Holdings, Inc. was established for the purpose of supporting, promoting, and improving the activities, affairs, programs and services of the Hospital. On March 6, 2019, the Company entered into a 30-year loan agreement with the USDA for $33,079,000. Effective March 6, 2019, the Company and the Hospital entered into a 30-year lease agreement where the Hospital agreed to lease the facilities from the Company.
