UNITED WAY OF CAMPBELL COUNTY MOBILIZES THE POWER OF THE COMMUNITY BY UNITING RESOURCES, RAISING AWARENESS, AND EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS. THIS MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED PRIMARILY THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF PHILANTHROPY IN ANY FORM AND MORE SPECIFICALLY THROUGH AN ANNUAL FUND DRIVE THAT TYPICALLY TAKES PLACE IN THE FALL OF EACH YEAR. UNITED WAY OF CAMPBELL COUNTY ASSURES THAT DONOR FUNDS ARE WELL SPENT THROUGH A RIGOROUS ANNUAL APPLICATION PROCESS FOR EACH MEMBER AGENCY. EACH MEMBER AGENCY MUST SUPPORT A COMMUNITY NEED AND PROVIDE SERVICES IN A COST-EFFECTIVE MANNER, DOCUMENTED BY BUDGET INFORMATION AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
