    IMPPACT (Informing Marginalized Peoples Power And Cultivating Transformation), is an alliance of formerly incarcerated Georgia voters, forging a movement through engagement, education, mobilization and voter registration of people with felony convictions. As a direct result of the passage of SB105, nearly 500,000 Georgians have the opportunity to be reenfranchised through early termination of their probation, and eligible to vote, but uninformed of their rights and unregistered.
