  • Next Level Leadership Program

    Next Level Leadership accomplishments for the year of 2022. We had several cohort participants to start their own nonprofits from our educational training. Another success of our programming is that we have increased small African American for profit businesses in the Great Charlotte community. A great deal of our cohorts have started small businesses of their own to help support Charlotte economic system.

  • Leadership Development Initiatives

    Several graduates now sit on boards in the City of Charlotte such as the Community Relations and Housing and Development boards, nonprofit boards, and leadership committees with CARING and the Charlotte Junior League. Additionally, some graduates have become entrepreneurs.
