    Community Outreach Program: donated can foods, bottled water to individuals in need; VA disability benefits claims assistance; education and job training; resume writing services; Healthcare Access & Coordination Women Veterans Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Military Sexual Trauma (VA & DoD) Traumatic Brain Injury Toxic Wounds & Environmental Exposures VA Oversight; Conducted meetings with Hawaii State elected officials, VA Leadership, Military Leaders, Neighborhood Boards and Local Media, to include via emails, letters and online platforms to help build public awareness to support legislation impacting Veterans to support for AMVETS National Legislative Priorities: Healthcare Access & Coordination; Women Veterans; Mental Health & Suicide Prevention; Military Sexual Trauma (VA & DoD); Traumatic Brain Injury; Toxic Wounds & Environmental Exposures; VA Oversight, Accountability & Improvement; and, Economic Opportunity. Communications/PRO: Engage in our community service program initiatives by building relationships with community leaders, organizations, companies, schools, charitable organizations and veterans other service organizations; to write letters to elected representatives and voicing your support on the issues that matter to our military families; Improving communication for Department and Posts online presents on website and social media platforms to attract new members and share information with members, clients, friends and viewers alike; Allow clients to request appointments directly from website. Veterans Treatment Court Mentorship Program: aims to support judges, police, local VA officials, prosecutors, public defenders, other veterans service organizations agree to work together to support veterans in Hawaii; Help provide volunteers to be Mentors in the Hawaii Veterans Treatment Courts program; Adaptive Sports Programs: aims to organize competition and special events to help connect with adaptive sports...
