LALA Bootcamps, 2023: In Dec-Feb we had 5 virtual camps (2PT, 2SP, and 1 ENG)?201 new LAL?deres. The season was very successful and we maintained an NPS average above 90% across all camps. Earlier in the year we invited 257 new Lalideres to 8 virtual camps (3ENG, 3PT, 3SP) for a total of 458 Laliederes invited to 13 bootcamps across the year. LALA Mentorship: Our last Mentorship program cycle formed 110 mentoring pairs in PT, SP, & ENG. More than 370 mentoring sessions were conducted and we achieved a 97% (self-reported) 'trajectory change' for mentees and an 87% 'trajectory change' for mentors! (Our previous goal was 80%). LALA University Placement (UP): Our UP program is celebrating unprecedented success (NPS score 100). 13 of 32 participants were accepted to top universities; 8 acceptances with fully-funded scholarships. Some examples include: Minerva University, 2x New York University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Morehead-Cain), Bowdoin College, Johns Hopkins University, Haverford College, and Smith College.
