  • Employment Services for Clients with Disabilities

    These Employment Services expenses were incurred while servicing 34 clients with disabilities seeking and maintaining competitive, integrated employment including accompanying them into the community for interviews, employment meetings, and various appointments related to seeking and maintaining competitive, integrated employment. Thirty of our 34 clients had a successful outcome. Three moved out of our service area and one is in need of behavioral health, which we are not qualified to provide. Eleven of the 34 were in our pre-transition services, which serves youth with disabilities, preparing them to enter the workforce or postsecondary education.

  • Supported Living Training for Adults

    These Supported Living expenses were incurred while training eight adult clients in daily living activities and providing adaptive techniques for these daily living activities and accompanying adult clients with disabilities into the community for events, social activities, shopping, doctor's appointments, and other activities as needed to assist adults with disabilities live in their own home or apartment. Seven of our 8 clients had a successful outcome. One moved back into his family's home.
