    The Organization engages in music performances, a peak behind the creative curtain, and personal interaction with musicians and fellow music lovers. The Organization performs both live and virtual performances for its listeners. THE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM, SOUNDS PROMISING, PAIRS THE APPLICANT'S RESIDENT ARTISTS AND ARTISTIC DIRECTORS WITH PRE-COLLEGE AND COLLEGIATE INSTRUMENTALISTS AND COMPOSERS FOR MUSICAL INSTRUCTION, COACHING, AND COLLABORATION. STUDENTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR SOUNDS PROMISING BY THEIR TEACHERS, PROFESSORS, AND THEIR COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND SELECTED BASED ON OBJECTIVE, NON-DISCRIMINATORY CRITERIA.
