During the month of March 2021, Domenic brought the FDA spoon to West Palm, Florida and showcased it at the Box Gallery. Domenic spoke at the Marlborough vigil on August 31, 2021, Overdose awareness day. Purpose is to support families who have lost loved ones to the Opioid Epidemic and to educate and bring awareness to those who do not know about the Opioid Epidemic. He also spoke about the impact of Covid-19 on addiction.
