    Our case manager assesses each familys specific needs and connects them with the resources to address the root causes of their housing insecurity. As part of this holistic approach Family Promise may pay all or part of past-due rent or utilities. The case manager works with the family to craft individualized action plans with realistic goals. Families MUST follow up with the case manager to receive assistance.
