Accomplishments: Completed the initial phase of Culver City Bounce Forward, a joint study with RAND focused on recovery from the COVID crisis. Collaborated on first mobile testing clinic in Culver City with MyCovidMD and Shared Harvest. Founded and developed the FEED Culver Program providing thousands of meals to residents and by activating and supporting the restaurant community in Culver City. Accomplishments include continued work on Culver City Bounce Forward project with the RAND Corporation, focused on building the CCBF Website, which is completed but not yet made public. Built first two stages of the Culver City Digital Twin- website will launch publicly when the third stage of the Digital Twin is completed. Built Culver City Digital Twin with Red Car Properties, Cyber City 3D, and NextSpace in New Zealand. Presented the CCBF Website at the 2022 International Conference of Decision Making Under Deep Uncertainty in Mexico City. Presented Culver City and the Culver City Bounce Forward Project at the 2022 International Conference for Livable Cities in Plessis-Robinson outside of Paris, France. Presented Digital Twin to Architecture and Planning firm Hart Howerton in San Francisco as part of their annual lecture series. Presented demonstrations of the enhanced Culver City Digital Twin model to Verses.AI, RunWithit Synthetics, the CIM Group, and RAND.
