FIRST Robotics Competition Program
The FIRST Robotics Competition program at INNOVATE Albion served a total of 40 students in 2024. Funds were used to purchase materials for the enrolled students to design and build a competition robot for the season. Materials included motors aluminum extrusions and electronics. Funds were also used to offset the cost of competition registrations. The FIRST Tech Challenge program at INNOVATE Albion served a total of 15 students in 2024. Funds were used to purchase materials for the enrolled students to design and build a competition robot for the season as well as offset the cost of participating in three competition events between September and December 2024. Materials purchased included wheels motors aluminum extrusions electronics and nuts and bolts. The FIRST Lego League team program at INNOVATE Albion served a total of 35 students in 2024. Funds were used to purchase the necessary materials for enrolled students to build their Lego robot purchase the necessary game field and provide team spirit items such as t-shirts at no cost to the participants.
