APPLICANT MUST BE A STUDENT IN THE HOOPESTON AREA SCHOOLS, PLANNING ON IN MAJORING IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION IN COLLEGE. THE FINAL CANIDATE MUST HAVE THE HIGHEST ACADEMIC GRADE RANKING OF ALL APPLICANTS.
