GRANTS ARE GENERALLY LIMITED TO THE NORTHERN COLORADO AREA, AND MUST BE SUBMITTED BY A RECOGNIZED SCHOOL, CHURCH, OR OTHER ORGANIZATION. CHILDREN REQUESTING GRANTS MAY BE SPONSORED BY AN ADULT WHO IS AFFILIATED WITH ONE OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED.
