CCS PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDING THERAPIES, STAFF TRAINING, CONSULTATION, INFORMATION AND REFERRALS FOR INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS WITH EITHER MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. THIRTY FOUR INDIVIDUALS, AND THUS THEIR FAMILIES, WERE DIRECTLY SERVED ALLOWING THEM TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENT ADULTS.
