Deaf Granny's most recent project is "Deaf Granny's Kitchen" (DGK), an interactive performance art project that serves to expose people to elements of Deaf Culture in ways that do not follow clinical or traditional outreach and educational models. Deaf Granny Arts supported Deaf improv actors at an event attended by over 70,000 people from all over the globe. This two-week event required extensive coordination and communication not only amongst our volunteers but also with our target audience.
