  • Korean Cooking Classes for Adoptees

    Between 2021 and 2023, the organization was inactive. However, Maum Foundation recruited volunteers and restarted its activities starting in the third quarter of 2024, with teaching Korean cooking to transnational and transracial Korean adoptees. Maum Foundation has already taught two additional cooking classes to the Korean adoptees and is planning other activities for the youth in Koreatown of Los Angeles, one of the poorest Congressional districts in the United States.

  • Dance Classes for Underprivileged Youth

    In 2019 and 2020, Maum Foundation recruited volunteers to teach dance to the underprivileged youth in Koreatown of Los Angeles. During the pandemic, everything came to a halt, and due to personal circumstances of the founder, Maum Foundation did not restart its activities until 2024.
