    Community support-We provided food, clothing, help with home and car repairs, we provided a family being forced to move with a uhaul, mattresses were given, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, furniture and other household items. Over 500 people benefited. People received hope and felt loved rather than judged. We saw friendships within communities form as well as old friends reunited.

  • Youth Wrestling Program

    Wrestling-Children participating improved in their school work, behaviors in the classroom improved and kids were provided an opportunity to be a part of a team and not out on the street. We provided wrestling instruction, shoes, uniforms, hoodies, water bottles, dues to AAU, fees for tournaments, transportation to tournaments, food after tournaments, wrestling camp, team building field trips. We had over 35 kids benefit from the wrestling program. Not all stuck with it, some came in and out of practice but were always welcome to return. Many teachers reported that the kids that stayed in wrestling improved all around in school, it provided an activity with positive outcomes to kids whose parents could not afford to sign them up or be able to take them to practices and meets if needed.
