    This is the successor organization of the NJ Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The predecessor organization's mission and purpose has been modified by state legislation. At the present time, in part due to the pandemic, these has been very little activity other than being the recipient of donations from people concerned with the welfare of animals and the prevention of their abuse. All funds received are being kept in an attorney trust account. There is no one receiving salary or other compensation. The only expenditures have been for professional fees.
