    The foundation has established its 501(c)(3) exempt status with IRS in 2022 and received final notice from IRS on 1/9/23. It has since filed and changed its name from American Rainbow-body & Lotus Garden Philanthropic Foundation to Himalaya Foundation. The foundation petitioned a R-1 Visa for Mr. Gamachenglin with USCIS. He came to US on July 2023 and has been working on major activities of the foundation.
