    WE DISCONTINUED OUR ENTITY AND PROVIDED ALL OF OUR FAMILY AND SCHOOL CONTACTS TO ANOTHER BASKETBALL ENTITY THAT HAD MORE ACCESS TO FACILITIES AND COACHES FOR THE REMAINING KIDS IN OUR GROUP.
