    DLI leads culturally responsive programming and policy solutions to recruit and retain educators. We provide a school leader network, education policy coalition, and an education leadership fellowship. DLI provides a fellowship for aspiring principals who seek to develop culturally responsive leadership skills to support and lead in underserved, diverse communities. After successful completion of the fellowship,they receive an K-12 administrative credential. DLI also provides policy solutions that support improved academic and social outcomes for underserved and marginalized communities, by supporting TK-12 educational leaders. We provide a network for current and aspiring principals to support their professional development and growth in the field.
