Clean Water Access and Education
In 2024, we made significant progress in expanding access to clean water through rainwater harvesting in Mexico. We implemented systems in 10 schools, ensuring students and teachers have reliable access to water, and installed 77 residential or emergency rainwater harvesting systems for families in need. Additionally, we distributed 64 gravity fed purification filters to improve water quality in off-grid areas. These efforts directly benefited 3,269 people and resulted in an estimated 921,779 gallons of rainwater harvested annually across five different states in Mexico- strengthening water security and resilience in vulnerable communities. Our annual student Summer Program and other U.S. student-based initiatives also welcomed more than 50 high school and university students, tutors and chaperones from across the country, engaging young leaders in hands-on learning and global impact.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$180.9K
