SCPI continued the renovation of two buildings located at 4108 South Martin Luther King Drive, Chicago,IL and 4112 South Martin Luther King Drive , Chicago, IL. Costs incurred for acquisition,construction and other real estate related costs were capitalized. The total amount capitalized for both buildings as of 12/31/2023 was 1,276,220. As of 12/31/2023 4112 South Martin Luther King Drive was 85 completed, and is projected to be completed in 2024. Renovation of 4108 South Martin Luther King Drive continued in the latter part of 2023 and was 65 completed as of 12/31/2023 .SCPI incurred program service expenses totalling 70,094 for 2023. Program service expenses included utilities, insurance and other miscellaneous operating expenses for both buildings.
