Honor Movement Foundation hereafter referred to as The Corporation is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations, under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Honor Movement Foundations mission is to honor and support active duty military, veterans, and first responders and their families in an effort to provide improved quality of life for those who have sacrificed for our country.
