    The Education program provides and promotes educational activities for certified organic, transitioning to organic, and organic-curious farmers as well as the general public. Educational activities include a quarterly magazine, educational calendar, farmer circles, webinars, workshops, 1:1 technical assistance, etc. Our educational program also included the Organic Career Network, which educates students about careers in the organic industry and connects them with internship experiences with organic organizations.

  • Advocacy Program

    THE ADVOCACY PROGRAM WORKS PRIMARILY AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL TO ADVANCE POLICY SOLUTIONS TO SYSTEMIC FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL PROBLEMS. THE PROGRAM SEEKS TO PUT FARMERS IN THE DRIVER SEAT TO IDENTIFY ON-FARM PROBLEMS AND THE SOLUTIONS TO SOLVE THEM, PUSH PUBLIC CONVERSATIONS AND PROVIDE COMMUNITY ORGANIZING AND EDUCATION THAT WILL BUILD A MORE RESILIENT FOOD SYSTEM.
