    Policy and Program Development: RNE developed both a long-term, comprehensive, regional policy framework and near-term state-specific policies and programs that we are working to implement in 2021 and 2022. The framework is designed to achieve rapid decarbonization, large-scale job creation, and deep investment in marginalized communities, while ensuring that we meet six basic needs for our region's residents: (1) housing, (2) healthcare, (3) food, (4) energy, (5) transportation, and (6) clean air and water. Grassroots Organizing and Advocacy: To support our priority policies and programs, RNE's coalitions began large-scale public education, advocacy and grassroots organizing projects in order to build powerful, visible public support for our policy vision. Electoral Organizing: RNE endorsed a slate of over 200 candidates for state and local office in the New England region, each of whom committed to fight for our ambitious policy platform and to refuse donations from the fossil fuel industry.

    PARTNER SUPPORT: RENEW U.S. OFFERED WRAPAROUND SERVICES TO PARTNERS TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP POWERBUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE, TRAININGS, FUNDRAISING, AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP.ORGANIZER TRAINING: RENEW U.S. DEVELOPED/RAN A TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERING ORGANIZING SKILLS FOR BALLOT, ISSUE, AND ELECTORAL CAMPAIGNS THROUGH A MIX OF BOOTCAMPS, COHORT PROGRAMS, AND IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS TO HUNDREDS OF TOTAL PARTICIPANTS.ELECTORAL ORGANIZING: IN 2023, RENEW U.S. SUPPORTED PARTNERS ENGAGED IN MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS TO ELECT LOCAL CANDIDATES WHO COMMITTED TO FIGHT FOR OUR AMBITIOUS POLICY PLATFORM AND TO REFUSE DONATIONS FROM THEFOSSIL FUEL INDUSTRY.
