Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be to solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for charitable purposes: to expand, contribute, disburse, and otherwise handle and dispose of the same for such purposes relating to the aims and goals of the Chippewa Lake Lions Club Foundation and the International Association of Lions Clubs.
