During 2024, site preparations continued to completion, readying the site for the installation of 22 tiny homes, a "wet room" containing toilets, showers, and laundry facilities, and the raising of a large tent to serve as a community gathering space. Once ready, the Home and Safe Village opened to clients and quickly filled the units. Services to both residents of the tiny homes, and other un-housed clients, began on the property, connecting those in need with county services. Sunday dinners continued, serving food to both housed and unhoused members of the community
