  • Student Housing Support

    Provided a functioning and safe living space for approx. 30 - 40 active undergraduate Theta Chi chapter members. We collect rental income each semester from the active chapter members in order to occupy the building. We analyze and compare our rental rates to market on a year basis in order to determine appropriate fair rates for the active members.
