Specifically to raise awareness and culteral competence of Targeted Ethically Diverse Community and faith Based Leaders who have been negatively impacted by Social Injustices as wellas culteral biases and disparities which have led to racial strive and divisiveness within the Greater Puget Sound region and throughout the state of Washington, the United States and elsewhere by promoting Racial Equality, Justice and reconciliation alternatives which will unit rather than divide our communities regardless of color, gender, age, socio-economic status, religion or race.
