    Education The Pearl Remote Democratic High School graduated five students this yeara significant milestone as most were not on track to graduate when they first enrolled Total enrollment during the fiscal year was 14 students all of whom participated in our democratic student-driven learning model Graduates have successfully transitioned to two-year colleges four-year universities and early career opportunities demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach in preparing students for diverse postsecondary paths

    Accreditation Professional Development The Pearl was accepted into the Middle States Association microschool pilot accreditation program a key step in strengthening our long-term sustainability and educational quality We remain active in the Microschooling Center Network and have completed their sustainability workshop to further develop operational resilience Teachers receive ongoing professional development in Universal Design for Learning UDL and Differentiated Instruction ensuring that every student particularly those with diverse learning needs has access to rigorous engaging coursework
