    After School ProgramThe 2022-2023 School year was the first year for our After School Program. Our after school program aids in diminishing the obstacles Ogdens youth face. Located across the street from Highland Junior High, we are easily accessible for our youth.Once the youth arrive at our center, they eat a healthy snack, participate in daily activities i.e., life skills, activities and leadership events, crafts, and homework help and finish the day with a hot dinner meal. We integrate mentoring into each activity, with our coaches assisting with homework, building relationships, and offering activities to develop their self-confidence, service, and leadership.

  • Summer Youth Program

    Summer ProgramMany youth need a safe place to go over the summer break. We offer youth the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun and educational field trips and group activities twice per week. Youth are provided with breakfast and lunch during these all day program days. The program was two full days a week.

  • Food Distribution Initiative

    Free Grocery EventsFood Distribution is Utah Neighborhood Connection's first step in loving and empowering the community surrounding the Ogden Connection Center. We have partnered with Synergy in Action Utah and the USDA's Food for Families to provide fresh food to anyone that could benefit from it on a regular basis. Since launching this program in February 2020, we have given out over 4,500 fresh food boxes to the people of Ogden.
