  • Program 1 [2021]

    Mesa Public Schools Gifts and Grants Program receives a block of funds from The Foundation at the beginning of the school year and distributes the funds through mini-grants. Teachers have access to these funds by completing a grant application and funds are awarded after careful review. Assistance in educating Mesa Public School students is the most appropriate use of these funds. Approximately 2,250 students benefited from our mini-grants in 2017, and another 630 benefited from the recognition programs related to the mini-grants.

  • Program 2 [2021]

    The Here's Looking At You Kid Program provides eye care, including glasses, to the children who are in need. Eighty-three children were provided the eye care they needed in 2017.

  • Program 3 [2021]

    The Step Ahead Program provides vouchers to school children in need of shoes. The vouchers can be used at any Payless Shoe Store. Ninety-five students were able to obtain new shoes in 2017.
