Rides for grocery shopping with a neighbor numbered 538. These transportation service numbers indicate signifficant impact PWC has on the health and well-being of community members by providing access to healthcare appointments, as well as for picking up their medications and groceries when they are unable to drive and need personal assistance during the trip. RIDES FOR GROCERY SHOPPING WITH A NEIGHBOR TOTAL 846. VOLUNTEERS COMPLETED 1,106 SHOPPING SERVICES. THESE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE NUMBERS INDICATE THE SIGNIFICANT IMPACT PWC HAS ON THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE APPOINTMENTS, AS WELL AS FOR PICKING UP THEIR MEDICATIONS & GROCERIES WHEN THEY ARE UNABLE TO DRIVE & NEED PERSONAL ASSISTANCE DURING THE TRIP.
