    Farm to School Program - Community FarmShare's Farm to School program served 54 families with nutrient dense fresh produce, boosting children's health, helping them to establish healthy eating habits and learn better in school. CFS partnered with 12 Montgomery County public schools through their Linkages to Learning and Community Schools programs.

  • Food Is Medicine Program

    Food Is Medicine Program - 40 patients in our Food Is Medicine program with Montgomery County community health clinics gained better control of their diabetes and were supported with Produce Prescriptions (weekly farm produce bags) as well as nutrition education resources and diet related chronic disease management training.
